White Lies - To Lose My Life

Long time no see. Hope everyone out there is all right and everything's going how it should. I finally returned to life and got internet again (phew bless god). I'm sitting in a nice cafe next to a massive church and listening to that amazing song. Just thought about the lyrics and wonder how this situation is for other people. Would you rather lose your love or your life? In my opinion it depends on how long you've been with that person and on how vulnerable you are. I'd prefer to stay alive because this person will continue living in my mind... It'll surely take you a time to come over the whole situation but after that it should be possible to come back into life. Your love wouldn't want you to die just because he/she died. On the other hand I reckon people who spend nearly their whole life together became really similar so they bodies and minds work in the same way. Furthermore the lost of your most loved person causes psychological and as a result also physical problems which could finally end into dead. How strange to think about that - Maybe I just don't get it because I haven't found the "right" person yet. Is the right person that person you'd die for...?

A cause des garçons

Great concert yesterday in The Haunt in Brighton. The dance floor burned! We were dancing all night long and meet the craziest guys we've ever met. It was just amazing - but holy moly - they're listening to hip hop in the clubs (terrible!). I miss techno in the swiss clubs. it's just the best for dancing. lol I forgot how to dance to hip hop. I mean it's just rubbish! That made Yelle's concert even better!

Please ignore me the next time we'll see! Sometimes you just get over someone and that person just annoys you so much, that you don't want to see that person again... That's happening with me at the moment.

How I'd love to have a record player standing in my flat. They're really impressive! I've been told that the sound is much more better than with a hi-fi. I could imagine that it's more vintage - but better? The new hi-fis are really good and you feel like standing next to the musicians. Anyway I love record players! It's definitely worth having one!

At The Night's Darkest Point Begins The Day

After two terrible nights (nightmares and no sleep) I woke up and had the terrible feeling of being to fat! I was so absolutely frightened of having put on weight that I was like a freaky chicken - Couldn't concentrate and was the whole day absent minded! I bought a scales and went to yoga which was really relaxing. After I had arrived at home I went on the scales and bless god I didn't put on weight! Phew... Oh and something made my day - I went with a friend to the shopping centre for taking some photos for her student-card and the photo was just rad! She looks like a chubby wabbly big thing - what she definitely isn't. We laughed so hardly.. Hope this night will be better! xxx

Supersonic

I need to be myself, I can't be no one else - I'm feeling supersonic.

Actually I really do feel supersonic at the moment. Having a real good time in Brighton and enjoying life. Today my teacher told me I'll probably be able to do the Proficiency-Course (so the best of all) which made my day.

I met some lovely people and spent the whole days walking. The very best way to describe Brighton is that here old and young come along for a beer in a pub and later they're listening to a (not yet) known rock-band. There are several vintage and not so vintage stores in hidden alleys and busy streets. Sometimes you drop into a very special store which you won't find anymore because you were straying in the lanes and searching for the exit. Brighton spreads a lot of energy and the people here are very open-minded. I'm feeling absolutely comfortable and could stay here for life at the moment. Really fell in love with that lovely little city and the people in it. BRIGHTON MAKES ME FEEL SUPERSONIC!
